Established in 2024 by Bianca Farrell, ULA aims to redefine the holiday rental landscape across Northland, NZ.

A passion for traveling took Bianca to Europe in early adulthood, where she embarked on an eight-year career onboard Superyachts. This experience profoundly influenced her development – teaching her the hallmarks of five-star hospitality.

Returning home in 2022 to welcome her son, Felix, Bianca saw an opportunity for beautiful properties to be matched with discerning holidaymakers while also providing a tailored, end-to-end management service for property owners.

From here, ULA was born.
