This bright, spacious coastal abode is designed for those who gravitate to shoreline living. Set within meters of the iconic Whangaumu Bay, the Palm is the ideal retreat for gathering with friends or family, with surroundings that genuinely offer something for everyone. 

The primary residence has a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living space, and a wraparound deck with retractable screens that adapt effortlessly to each season. There are two Queen bedrooms and a bathroom with a large shower and separate toilet. 

 The detached garage has been transformed into a bunkroom that can accommodate up to four people. Next door, there is a storage room with a washing machine and dryer. The detached cabin has two Queen bedrooms. 

When not exploring the Tutukaka Coast or making the most of nearby water adventures on our kayaks and surfboards, the outdoor shower is ideal for beach life and the enclosed level garden is a safe haven for children of all ages.
